The primary focus of Amerivet Enterprises, Inc. ( "AEI" the "Company" ) in regards to real estate is the mortgage loan business. Amerivet Enterprises, Inc. is licensed with the State of California, Department of Real Estate ( "DRE" ) as a California Real Estate Broker ( License #01280857 ). Under this license, the Company is allowed to broker real estate loans on behalf of its clients. Currently, the Company has broker agreements in place with ten major real estate loan companies for the purpose of conducting this business. More broker agreements will be put into effect within the next 12 months in order to give Amerivet Enterprises, Inc. the ability to service almost any type of client in need of real estate financing.

  The Company also has the capability to engage in the buying and selling of real estate properties in the state of California, both residential and commercial, but this is the secondary focus of the Company. In addition, the Company is endeavoring to obtained a real estate broker's license in the states of Arizona, Colorado, Florida and Nevada for the purpose of expanding its area of operation. Lastly, the Company also has the capability to engage in the buying and selling of businesses in the state of California but this is also a secondary focus of the Company.
